Staff were brilliant. Very helpful. We were going on a cruise and they stored our bags for both outward and return journeys. Organised everything for us.
Lift a bit slow.
Top Tip
Ramblas is expensive - £15 for a pizza! Just behind KFC there is plazza bocca. Nice square with many good cheap restraunts. 24hr Tour bus is best value. S.Familia -buy tickets in advance as queues are huge.

An ideally located, friendly and clean hotel. We travelled with our 8 year old son and were given a lovely triple room. Breakfast was good, basic fare, but a good start to the day. The staff were friendly and helpful. A real gem of a hotel!
Top Tip
By all means walk along Las Ramblas, but don't eat or drink in the tourist traps that line it - some charging 13 euros for a beer!! Just a short walk either side will find some beautiful and reasonably priced tapas bars - the real Barcelona! Also, if you're want to buy tickets for a Barca game - avoid the pricey ticket agents prices and buy direct from the Barca stand half way down Las Ramblas - they are in plentiful supply if you avoid El Classico (Barca vs Real Madrid).

I found this hotel to be clean and staff was very helpful. It was in an ideal location for the centre of town. The only concern that I had was not getting a good night sleep because of the proximity to the lively Las Rambla but luckley enough this was not a problem
