This is a modern purpose built hotel, though generic in style as opposed to contemporary. It is well situated for the city's attractions, and the rooms are clean and of a good standard. Some guests have reported that the service could have been better, though generally they are happy to recommend the hotel.

friendly and helpful. ... The staff were friendly and helpful... the service was excellant... Front of house staff were excellent... restaurant staff a little surly... staff in the dining room for breakfast were not pleasant or helpful but all other staff were nice... service and food satisfactory... the maid service was awful... the level of service from the staff especially on checkout was poor,... they were generally unfriendly once we had checked in... friendly staff...
